How should Phoenix contact you?

Sales & Leasing

Request a quotation for new or refurbished photocopiers, multifunction printers and office printers.

Choose purchase, leasing, rental or “not sure”, then provide your approximate usage and whether colour output is required.

Additional details that can help include:

  • the number of users;
  • A3 or A4 requirements;
  • scanning and finishing needs;
  • the number of devices or locations;
  • any known replacement date;
  • the installation postcode.

You do not need to choose a model before submitting the enquiry.

Service & Repairs

Request help with a faulty photocopier, multifunction printer or office printer.

Please provide:

  • the make and model;
  • a brief description of the fault;
  • the postcode where the machine is located;
  • your contact details.

Error codes and photographs can be shared when available, but they are not required for the first enquiry.

Managed Print

Request a free, no-obligation initial Managed Print assessment.

Tell us approximately how many devices are involved and the main issue or goal. This may include toner administration, manual meter collection, recurring faults, limited usage information or equipment spread across several sites.

Phoenix can then discuss the current estate and whether remote meter monitoring, proactive toner delivery or a more coordinated support arrangement would help.

Not sure where to begin?

Choose the closest of the five routes to your main requirement. General contact details remain available if you are still unsure.

If the enquiry involves both new equipment and ongoing management, begin with Sales & Leasing or Managed Print and mention the wider requirement in your description. Phoenix can bring the relevant parts together during the follow-up conversation.

Print Software enquiries

For PaperCut, secure print release, follow-me printing, usage reporting or other print management software, choose the Print Software route.

Useful details include the number of users, devices and locations, the current printing setup and the main security or workflow issue.

Interactive Displays enquiries

For interactive displays, provide information about the room, the main use, the number of people, mounting preferences and any video-conferencing or wireless-presentation requirements.

You do not need to choose a screen size or model before contacting us.

Information you do not need at the first stage

The first enquiry can be brief.

You do not need:

  • a completed technical specification;
  • a chosen model number;
  • exact monthly print figures;
  • a full device inventory;
  • a final network design;
  • serial numbers for every machine.

Provide what you know, and Phoenix can ask for more detail where it is useful.

Areas we cover

Phoenix works with organisations across Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Somerset, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, Bristol and Bath.

Please use the postcode where the equipment is located or where the installation is planned.

What happens after submission

Phoenix reviews the information and contacts you to discuss the requirement.

The next step depends on the enquiry. It may involve comparing equipment options, clarifying a fault, reviewing a print estate or gathering more information about the room and technology already in use.

Submitting an enquiry does not commit you to an agreement.

Your information

Phoenix uses the details you provide to respond to your enquiry.

Please read the Privacy Policy for more information about how personal data is handled.

Yes. Include the main postcodes and a short summary of the requirement at each site.

How do I enquire about PaperCut?

Choose Print Software in the enquiry form and describe the users, devices and functions involved.

How do I enquire about an interactive touchscreen?

Choose Interactive Displays in the enquiry form and tell us about the room, its users and the intended use.
